ARTE Released Series of Short Films about the Kharkiv School of Photography

23, October 2024

Five short films dedicated to the Kharkiv school of photography are now available on the ARTE platform. Each episode covers one decade, highlighting its sociopolitical features and the evolution of photographic practice within this community – rebellious, ironic, and engaged. Together, these films not only tell the story of a unique artistic phenomenon but also reflect key stages in Ukraine’s modern history. MOKSOP partnered on the project, providing its collection, archives, and expert support.
