Evacuation of MOKSOP Collection

2, May 2022

Due to the russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, we were forced to evacuate the MOKSOP collection and a number of private archives of the Kharkiv photographers to Germany and Austria. Our team is infinitely grateful to the incredibly courageous people who made rescuing works of the Ukrainian photographers possible: the initiator of the evacuation the head of ART DOT Civic organization Veroinka Skliarova, volunteers Rodion Prokhorenko, Oleksiy Tovpyha, Zoya Zakharova, Vladyslav Krasnoshchok, Oleksandr Fomenko, Oleksiy Chistotin and Daniil Revkovskiy, Ilya Pavlov. Financial support for the rescue of the collection and archives was provided by the Prince Claus Fund as part of the Cultural Emergency Response programme, and Alexandra De Viveiros gallery (Paris, France). We believe in the victory of our country and quick return home.
