Exhibition “Artist in the Game”
On May 28, YermilovCentre will host the opening of “Artist in the Game exhibition”, organized by the MOKSOP’s team.
“Artist in the Game” is a large exhibition project that will give the insight into the history of the Kharkiv School of Photography as a history of a community, where photographer himself, rejecting the role of the unengaged witness, is the main object in the centre of the photographic practices. The exposition will include single works and series the main protagonists of which are the authors themselves and their nearest surrounding, as well as documentation of the performances and actions from 1960s till 2010s.
